Not happy with the end car. I wanted leather seats and apparently we didn't order. Also didn't want the model shown and it is shown. Remember clearly requesting that. Also not happy with the limitations of the panoramic roof. Wish I didn't accept.

Still awaiting my £1000 deposit back even though I was told it would be done there and then. The car had a replacement battery light on on collection so it was not checked over had to go into the workshop for a new battery on a new car. No Handover

Booking the car in to explore concern was easy, I was told that £150 was needed to identify any fault which was stood down due to warranty but this would put me off using BMW once out of warranty, this is a high cost to have a concern validated.

I had a very poor experience at Sytner Chigwell. My car was booked to have 4 new tyres fitted and this work took over 3 hours to be done. At no point did anyone at Sutner speak to me about the delay or apologise for keeping me waiting.
