BMW Centre was fantastic the Coffey machine was great, the place was clean and comfortable. As it was raining Amaan made sure my car was kept in the underground car park so the rain didn't effect it.

Good customer focus from the sales / front of house. Back of house needs to up its game, if I pay for parts in advance it's not okay to return said parts without contacting either the sales team who ordered them or the customer who paid for them.

The online processes that the sales executive had to go through to complete the contract were more time consuming than I expected. It would have been much easier if I had been sent the documents in advance. In all other respects we were very happy.

I'm dissatisfied because my repairs were not completed properly. I am still experiencing the same problems after collecting my car, which is very frustrating given the cost and the expectation of BMW's service standards.

Not happy with the service. It was a long wait even though vehicle was ready I wasn't informed until I went and enquired a few times. Not vaccumed even though we were promised for free wash. Wash was also not great. Unhappy customer.

I believe everything was done that was required so no complaints on that score, but I was offered a complimentary valet and although it was evident something had been done, the body still had bits stuck to it and there was leaves under the one seat.

It was average as not happy with the response of service team that they can't remove a red sign. Also they spent 1 hour more to fix wires which were fitted by BMW Chigwell itself when they were cut by a mouse. I paid over £550 to fix it earlier
